How Did We Get Here??
Will Gibson started the discovery how to make the perfect ice cream in January of 2022, just trying to find a way to be useful after being fully disabled by a horrific bicycle accident. 9 broken ribs and a broken shoulder in September 2020 made regular work difficult to say the least. But next thing you know, he couldn't make enough to keep up with neighborhood demand. He bought a bigger ice cream maker and keeps perfecting the methods and recipes. He still can't make enough.
Meet Pearl, our CCO (Chief Canine Officer), and primary inspiration for the vision and mission - we are a company of second chances!
Finally, Will got to the point where he had to stop or go full speed ahead. Renting a kitchen in Garland, at a place called Revolving Kitchen, he was able to make amazing ice cream and also could get it to the masses through delivery apps and the Revolving Kitchen platform. Today, Sweet Pearls can be picked up or delivered in Garland and to surrounding areas. It's also still available in the neighborhood that made him successful.
